Shipping policy

Oak is not taking orders yet. Checkout will open at launch. This page explains how shipping will work once it does.

Where we ship

At launch we ship to addresses in the United States. We will add more countries over time and list them here.

Shipping costs

• Subscription orders: free shipping on your first subscription order.
• One-time orders: shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the size of your order.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location; your shipping confirmation email shows the carrier and tracking link. Delivery estimates at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

Duties and taxes

Sales tax is shown at checkout where it applies. If an order is shipped from outside the United States, any import duties are shown at checkout before you pay.

Lost or late orders

If your tracking has not moved for 7 days, or the order shows delivered but you have not received it, email hello@drinkoak.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier and send a replacement or refund if the parcel is lost.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible; we can change it until the order has shipped.
